Cancellation Policy
You will have 24 hours to cancel any service.
No show & cancelation policy effective immediately
Your appointment time is especially booked for you. I understand life happens and things don’t go as planned. If you no show your appointment or cancel less then 24 hours of a scheduled time you will be charged 25% of your expected service . If you completely do a no show it will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service booked . If last minute cancelations or no showing appointments is a regular occurrence I will require a credit card to book your appointments .
My late policy —- If you are late 15 minutes of your schedule appointment time . I reserve the right to cancel your appointment . This helps keep my schedule on track and to not inconvenience others customers who have shown up on time. In the event of a TRUE EMERGENCY you will not be charged a fee for a no show it will be at the discretion of the owner of the salon.
